Propolis is a rich substance produced by bees that has been used for many years for its natural anti-biotic and anti- bacterial properties to help fight infection and boost the body’s immune system. It contains over 60 different substances, including vitamin B1, B2, C and E, potent flavonoids and numerous essential minerals and amino acids. Propolis is commonly taken in soft capsule form or liquid form to assist in the relief of mild sore throats and cold and flu but it can also be applied directly to the skin to sterilize minor cuts or wounds.

Directions: Shake well before use.

Oral: 3-5 drops in half a glass of water and drink 3 times a day or gargle for irrigation.

Topical: Apply directly to the affected areas of the skin with a cotton bud soaked in the liquid.

Store below 25C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach or children.
